Watch Purchase Policy

• No Returns or Refunds: No returns or refunds are permitted.
• Special Orders: Special-order merchandise cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• Pre-Owned Rolex Disclosure: Valliani Jewelers is not an authorized Rolex dealer. Pre-owned Rolex watches may contain aftermarket parts.
• Pre-Owned Watch Warranty: Pre-owned watches do not include a Valliani Jewelers warranty. Warranty coverage is available only when separately purchased through third-party provider Mulberry.
• Price Matching: Valliani Jewelers does not match prices.
• E-Commerce Purchases: Our e-commerce return policy differs from our in-store return policy.
• Pre-Owned Rolex Repairs: Due to the pre-owned nature of pre-owned Rolex watches, if damage or warranty-related issues arise, Valliani Jewelers may offer repair service. Returns or trade-ins will not be offered.

Diamond Jewelry Purchase Policy

• No Returns or Refunds: No returns or refunds are permitted.
• Special Orders: Special-order merchandise cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• Exchanges: Purchased jewelry may only be exchanged for other eligible jewelry of equal or greater value.
• Exchange Period: Eligible exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Exchange Restrictions: Diamond jewelry cannot be exchanged for watches or gold jewelry.
• Diamond Grading: Valliani Jewelers does not guarantee grading provided by independent diamond laboratories, including GIA, EGL, AGI, IGI, AGS, HRD, or other grading organizations.
• GIA-Certified Diamonds: In Valliani Jewelers' opinion, GIA-certified diamonds provide superior grading quality and therefore may be priced higher.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Inspections: To maintain the Limited Lifetime Warranty on diamond jewelry, customers must bring the jewelry to a Valliani Jewelers location for inspection every 90 days and complete any recommended corrective work.
• Natural Diamond Warranty: The warranty covers stone replacement for natural diamonds up to 0.10 ct. Material and labor costs are not included.
• Lab-Grown Diamond Warranty: The warranty provides full coverage for lab-grown diamonds up to 3.00 ct.
• Diamond Jewelry Trade-In: Valliani Jewelers allows the original purchase price of eligible diamond jewelry, excluding sales tax, to be applied toward qualifying new diamond jewelry with a net selling price of at least twice the trade-in allowance.
• Lab-Grown Diamond Trade-In: One-piece lab-grown diamond jewelry may only be traded toward another one-piece lab-grown diamond jewelry purchase with a net selling price of at least twice the trade-in allowance.
• Natural Diamond Trade-In: One-piece natural diamond jewelry may be traded toward either one-piece natural diamond jewelry or one-piece lab-grown diamond jewelry with a net selling price of at least twice the trade-in allowance.
• Condition Requirement: Jewelry must remain in reasonably good condition and must be maintained in accordance with the terms of the applicable warranty.
• Price Matching: Valliani Jewelers does not match prices.
• E-Commerce Purchases: Our e-commerce return policy differs from our in-store return policy.
